Eric Linn
Co-Founder / Director
Eric has over 30 years of experience in energy and commercial real estate. His passion for serving others is evident through his active involvement in Episcopal Church boards and committees.
Guided by a strong faith, Eric believes God called him to be part of AgriWater’s mission to empower communities through sustainable farming.
He holds a BA in Earth Science from LaSalle University and an MBA from Robert Morris University. Eric and his wife Lynn live in Estero, Florida, and are proud parents of five children and grandparents to five.

Solomon Ossiya
Co-Founder
Solomon is a lawyer and sustainable development expert with 20+ years’ experience in governance, human rights, and post-conflict recovery.
A passionate farmer, he champions local organic rice and spices.
He’s an alumnus of Makerere University, Raoul Wallenberg Institute, and Nelson Mandela University.
Solomon is a proud husband and father of four daughters.

Moses Ngelech
Project Superintendent
Moses Ngelech, from Katakwi, Uganda, is a skilled agriculturalist with 15+ years of experience in community development, farmer training, and agro-pastoral programs.
With a diploma in crop production, he is passionate about empowering rural communities through sustainable agriculture.
Moses is fluent in fluent in Ateso and English and also speaks Ngakarimojong and Swahili.
Moses is a loving husband and father of 5 children.

Lynn Coogle
Head of Administration
Lynne Coogle has been working in various areas of accounting for over 40 years.
During high school she began working with Dravo Corporation in a school/work program and after graduation went on to full
time employment with them.
From there she has worked in oil and gas, property management, payroll and general bookkeeping fields.
She has been working with AgriWater Uganda since 2020.
